Rental Rates:

US $7,500.00 per week in Winter Season - December 15 to April 15
US $6,000.00 per week in Summer Season - April 16 to December 14

Plus a 10% Service Charge.

Deposit:

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required with confirmation of booking date.

Final Payment:

Upon confirmation of the booking date, Villa Manana will issue an invoice detailing the total rent amount, deposit credited, and total balance due. Final and total payment on this invoice must be made no later than 30 days prior to commencement of the rental period.
